  • Welcome to IWSSH 2018 Home

Welcome to the official website of the 2018 International Workshop on Social Sciences and Humanities. The goal of IWSSH 2018 is to facilitate an exchange of information on best practices for Social Sciences and Humanities, addressing the problems and opportunities of a sustainable future. IWSSH 2018 will provide a forum for researchers, engineers and scientists in academia, industry, and government to address the most innovative research and development including technical challenges, social and economic issues, and to present and discuss their ideas, results, work in progress and experience on all aspects of Social Sciences and Humanities.

IWSSH 2018 will be held on Dec. 29-30, 2018, in Hong Kong, which is supported by International Research Institute for Economics and Management (IRIEM) and International Engineering and Technology Institute (IETI) and Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (IDSAI).

All accepted papers will be published by IETI, which will be submitted to Scopus, CPCI, and CNKI, Wanfang Data, ISTIC and Airiti.

Publisher sends all of its published materials to the indexing services. But please note that DBLP, Scopus, Engineering Village, EI Compendex, CPCI(Web of Science), etc., are all entirely separate entities from Publisher. As such, we cannot guarantee that a certain proceedings volume content will pass their review process – or, even if it does pass the review process, when exactly that volume will be indexed. They all have their own guidelines for acceptance, independent of Publisher's influence.

We solicit original research and technical papers not published elsewhere. The papers can be theoretical, practical and application oriented on the following themes (but not limited to)
    •Anthropology •Business studies •Communication studies •Corporate governance •Crosscultural studies •Demography •Development studies •Economics •Education •Geography •History •Industrial relations •Information science •International relations •Library science •Linguistics •Literature •Media studies •Methodology •Paralegal •Performing arts •Philosophy •Political science •Population studies •Psychology •Public administration •Social welfare •Sociology •Visual arts •Women studies
