Every member can nominate our members or fellows as candidates for wining the Green Development and Sustainability Award. The IETI Committee will select the awardees based on their Green Development and Sustainability achievements and sustained and dedicated contributions to the Institute.
This award recognizes a senior researcher and Full Professor (no age limit for this award), who is also IETI Member/Fellow with innovative and excellent research that has positively impacted the world.
How to be the award winner?
The candidate must be a senior researcher in natural and engineering sciences with an emphasis on green development and sustainability research.
1) The candidate must be a senior researcher (PhD or Professor) in natural, engineering or management sciences with an emphasis on green development and sustainability research and application.
2) Candidate should have greater international influence and outstanding contributions and achievements in the field of green development and sustainability.
3) Join IETI for over 3 years. If membership period is less than 3 years, she/he must be recommended by the presidium.
4) Participated in at least 6 IETI activities (including conferences, journals, meetings, forums, etc.).
5) There is 1 -2 winner(s) every year for this award. If the standards are not fully met, the one with the highest matching candidate will be elected.
Each candidate for this award must have two nominators who are already Members/Fellows.
