Submission Requirements
The work should be original, unpublished and not simultaneously submitted to other workshops, conferences, or journals.
Furthermore, make sure
﹒you have done a similarity check using iThenticate. Only papers with a similarity index of less than 20% and not more than 100 words per source are accepted by Springer. Correct citations are excluded.
﹒you follow Springer's AI Policies here: https://www.springernature.com/gp/policies/book-publishing-policies
﹒your paper matches the provided Springer template
﹒your paper does not exceed the maximum page numbers (short papers: max 7, full papers 8-10 pages, including bibliography and appendix)
﹒tables in your paper are editable. Do not insert them in image format.
﹒equations in your paper are editable. Do not insert them in image or simple text format. Use the MS Formula Editor or LaTeX!
﹒you have done a final language check. Papers with insufficient English language level cannot be included into the proceedings.
Papers not meeting these criteria risk rejection without consideration!
Similarity and AI checks are done after the conference by Springer. This means that your work might be accepted at the conference, but excluded later from the Springer publication.

The above price applies to 8 pages. An additional USD 45 will be charged per extra page, with a maximum of 10 pages.
All fees are in USD and take effect on April 7, 2026 (Hong Kong Time). Payment must be completed within 7 working days of acceptance notification.

lmportant Conditions:

﹒Proof of eligilbility is required at the time of registration. Applications for discounts wil be reviewed, and approval wll be confirmed within 5 working days.
﹒Only one discount type can be applied per participant (i.e., discounts cannot be combined).
﹒To be included in the program, each accepted paper must have at least one registered author, and payment must be completed within 7 working days of acceptance notification.

Presentation
A presentation must be made for each paper.
