IETI Senior Member, Artist, Prof. Dr. Luo Ying, became a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts since December 2019. Royal Society of Arts (UK) was founded 260 years ago, the members of the RSA are composed of the world's leading professionals. They are the innovators of human knowledge.

Luo Ying is a Professor of the school of Art & Design of Wuhan University of Technology in China. Her works have been exhibited in many exhibitions in China and abroad.

For example, 'Line by Line, the Artist Luo Ying Alters Chinese Tradition', an article written about her and her work in the New York Times in October 2013. And her book, 'Line Image - the Origin and Formation of Chinese Painting' (2013) is the first historical treatise monograph on the origin and formation of Chinese painting from the perspective of anthropological occurrence; which is listed by Library of Congress, British Library, Library of Columbia University, Library of Munich University,etc; the book belongs frontier topic of art subject and has forward-looking, and it fills a gap in the research about origin and formation of Chinese painting in the field of Chinese art history.
